One of the best discussions of this that I have seen online. The dopamine blowout and becoming lethargic is, in my opinion, the biggest danger of over-fapping. However, there also seems to be an assumption that the primary use of a man's drive and energy should be to go out and get a woman. That's often not a good idea in the Western world, where you run huge risks of your finances being pillaged or even falsely imprisoned. The Western woman is no longer the holy grail of man's conquest and achievement. For me, she doesn't even rank in the top 10 anymore. My main goal is to keep energy levels and focus to remain on my grind for things that both interest me and are of value to me. This discussion brings that into focus in a meaningful way.
