@ironrazor7244 I'll tell you what's even more rare. Women being held accountable for false accusations or being held to same legal standards as men. Why are you sticking up for them? 1 in 1000 women? How about 70% of divorces, most with false accusations of abuse against the man. Again, why are you sticking up for them?

In the USA, if you are falsely accused and charged in court, it is at the discretion of the local district attorney whether or not to expunge that record if charges against you are dismissed. They can keep it on the records and there isn't a thing you can do about it. Any background search on you will reveal the arrest for <heinous crime> on the first page. The dismissal is buried somewhere on page 9 or 10. Nobody will bother to dig that far, and if you show them, they won't care. All they will think is, "Where this is smoke, there is fire." [Now cue all the legal "experts" who will chime in and tell me I am wrong, even through they have zero experience in it.]
