  1. So many people bash food in what they call "3rd world" countries ... but I eat far more healthy here in The Philippines than I did in the US. Most of the food is local sourced and doesn't have all the crap additives and chemicals US foods have. My weight remains stable far more easily than it ever did in the US ... at 1/2 to 1/4 the price. I took my extended family (10 people) out to dinner for $40.
