Same, throughout 25 years in the tech field. 95% of them ended up being narcissistic types who were either dead wrong or making it all up. Yet they are often the loudest and most charismatic person in the room as well. That finally led me to leave the field entirely and leave the field.

@jeanettecook1088 So true. Not doing so has bitten me in the past. The last 10 years in the corporate world, I would just try to exit organizations where this was necessary. It takes a lot of work and is a constant battle.
