  1. 100% spot on. When my SMV hit the tipping point at age 30, I was clueless as to what was happening and why. It cost me in my 30s and into my 40s. A man just gets used. There was no internet at first, and no men's forums later. I had to figure it all out on my own. Thankfully, I did. I am in my 60s now, but banking in S marketplace. I am regularly with women in their 30s, even 20s. I keep in good shape, am financially well off, travel the world, and don't settle in the least. I take particularly pleasure when older feminists shriek and call me names for dating younger women. Mission accomplished.
