  1. Back in 2020, the CTO of our company called a meeting for the entire IT department of about 150 people. He pressured all the white men to stand up and confess their inherent racism and misogyny. He went first. I refused. After that, I was marginalized, side lined and administratively harassed by the all female HR department. I left that job a short time later.
