  1. Software engineering was my 2nd career after I retired as an Army officer. I reached my limit with Corporate Amerika 3 years ago and took an early retirement. One of the best moves I ever made. I know most people here aren't at the retirement horizon ... but please do consider looking for other options outside the corporate world. Companies destroy your soul.
