  1. I'm sooooo glad I live outside the West where there is no DEI. Years of that in Corporate Amerika was enough for me. At my last company, a leading US battery distributor, the CTO called a department meeting and pressured all white men to stand up and confess their inherent racism and misogyny. He went first. I refused. I was marginalized, side lined and administratively harassed by the all female HR team after that. I took an early retirement. One of the best moves I ever made.
