  1. It's wrong to pin all the blame on Paula Vennells as there were failure at many senior levels. Also no one seems to be going after the people at Fujitsu. The directors at Fujitsu who over saw this contract should be facing criminal cases for injustice, and fraud.

  4. The Horizon bugs date back as far as the late 90s and early 2000s. The British media did bugger all to report on, except for the great work of Computer Weekly (a tech journal) and Privat Eye (the only reliable and trustworthy mainstream journal in the UK). And to be the fair, BBC Radio 4 series has also done a lot to bring it to the public (ITV may not have made their show were it not for the Radio 4 series).
