  1. "Diplomatically working with China" - that's an interesting way of putting it. China isn't doing things in Africa out of the goodness of its heart. It's doing things to ensure those African states end up in debt to China so China can lay claim to Africa's natural resources. Ditto for Russia. This is colonization 2.0, this time using economics.
