  2. Just as in business, you don't need to please every customer, please 80% of them and you can be profitable. All businesses expect to write off 10-20% of the dissatisfied customers, trying to win them back can cost more, and that energy and resource can be better focused on retention of the 80%.

  3. It's been only 5 months. Labour still has 4.5 years to deliver. I'm looking forward to Trumps policies, don't agree with them all, but I think it'll be good for the world to see the effects.
