  1.  @Negamare1  actually, that's what happened to B.O.O. (Bureau of Otherworldly Operations). Apparently, Tony Leondis left DreamWorks to make The Emoji Movie. What happened to Popeye was the director left to make another film that was ultimately cancelled. The film has been in development hell all these years, but I heard a rumour it's coming back.
