  1. I think the main reason UglyDolls flopped is because they didn't think about the competition carefully. They released it a week early to avoid competition against Directive Pikachu, but they also released it the week after Endgame, and who wouldn't want to watch Endgame again (it made 100x more money than UglyDolls)? I only saw UglyDolls out of pity, and I think we all knew it was going to be derivative of Trolls, The Lego Movie, and Toy Story. It had good intentions, and I liked three of the songs, but it was still kinda boring.
