  1.  @jima3129  Hummer had better fuel economy than many other cars, 13mpg is better than a Mercedes GL which mine gets like 10 MPG so the hummer is 3 MPG better and the Mercedes requires Premium fuel which costs like another 50 cents a gallon. Range Rover has much worse MPG my old 2011 had like 7 or 8 MPG that is almost half the MPG of the hummer but it did have mechanical issues.

  2. He did not check for play in the front suspension I would have checked the sway bar and struts. Mercedes love to eat components due to using softer bushings. My GL450 with 80k miles has had some work.

My Audi A6 reached 104k miles and it started falling apart, bad catalytic converters, bad O2 sensors, wiring started to fry even though I never modified the car, I did not install anything at all. The radiator sprung external leaks for no reason and the car started to misfire, emissions alarms, break sensor went bad, battery had parasitic draw so kept losing charge, total fucking mess. I spent a lot of money and it just broke more. I did take care of it, always new fluids, never over heated but it still went bad. I ended up trading it in at an Acura dealer for a used Acura MDX. They gave me like $3000 for the Audi which really surprised me maybe they though they could fix it but it never showed up for sale on their website so I assume they sent it to auction. Strange.

  4. I was going to do mine but the fill bolt is messed up. I bought the only socket on Amazon from Sunex that has a square pipe male $6 and waiting for it to get delivered next week. I am also trying to find a new fill bolt I don't want to put them messed up one back on. I don't understand why they don't use an allen key socket why a square drive? They all have the detent ball every single square drive I own someone in the past rounded it out. At least I know that someone else did change the fluid at some point,
