  1. Yes and Putin/Russia are liars so any word or agreements with them has no real value as they will be violated as Russia and Putin desire. Putin is not a man of his word and neither is the nation of Russia.

  2. Yeah, Putin just scored a major win while Trump got nothing at all. Putin is a liar, his words have no value at all so anything Putin says or promises to Trump have no value, while Trump reveled his entire position which is very weak, this is how appeasement works, it gives in everything for return of words and promises that have no value. So it's costing the West everything and 3 years of war, for nothing from Russia except cheap words. That is a really weak negotiations, pretty much as bad as it can get for the west.
