  1. The USA will never abandon the Baltic countries or NATO as without it the USA cannot defend itself. Western Russia / Moscow are not reachable from any US military positions outside of Europe and for sure not from the US Mainland. Imagine the USA invading Russia from the EAST? Not realistic. If the USA wants to defend Alaska, or itself from Russia it must 100% be part of the future of Europe, NATO. Leaving anything would put the USA itself at risk.
