In WW2 Adolf Hitler could have easily, I have to stress this, very easily, deploy chemical weapons, Germany had major stockpiles of chemical weapons, but did they send such weapons against UK and Soviet industry and cities loaded on to V1 and V2 rockets? No. Could have Japan used chemical weapons against American or Chinese targets in WW2? Of course, they sent air balloons carrying liquid fuel to try and start forest fires in the western US they could have sent Chemical weapons instead. But why did neither Japan nor Germany use chemical weapons in WW2? Becasue both knew very well that it would be used against them as well. Will Russia use a nuke? No. So books like hers are simply ignorant of reality.
