  10.  @WELVAS.  100% you are right. The FED rate was 5.5% while inflation was 2.5% so that is HUGE pressure on the economy. In 2017 we had 2.5% inflation so the FED hiked to 2.5% rate. If we use the same calculations we were 3% rate too high before the FED cut 0.5% now we are 2.5% too high which is still totally crazy. The rate needs to come down much faster but central banks are always slow.

You either have a very hard core Conservative GOP which has a very small voter base like 30% or whatever of the US population or a broad party where power is shared amongst all walks of life in the Republican camp. The outcome? Conservatives take power in all aspects of the GOP but as a result anyone left or centrist of hard core Conservatives becomes disassociated and protests votes for Democrats leading to a historic loss of power for the Republicans in Congress in 2024, I think it is very possible that the GOP is totally crushed to fucking bits in 2024 with losing massive 1/3 to 1/2 of the the seats just amazing hoooooooly!!!!!   26. You can't fly a drone from China or Iran to the USA that is NOT possible. However Large drones are all the rage now like the DJI Flycart 30 or X500 and many many others and endless home made HUGE drones. People are just playing around It seems causing a panic. The Military equipment is a problem because it will cause major disturbance to phone service and GPS probably disabling it for a large area of the country tens of millions of Americans life will be disrupted by using military equipment. And if the military actually used an Anti Air missile - the damage on the ground could be horrible, large fires, explosions, anti air missiles always dropped parts and blow up things on the ground, you can't just use it over civilian areas.

Well a very lively Democratic convention where lots of candidates talk and a new leader is chosen and a fresh face goes up against Trump could be very powerful force and it would be a wild card. This failed in 1968 becasue media was not as wild as it is now, and becasue the Democrats had no good candidates but today these things are different so who knows. It could go either way really, Democrats could wake up their base with a new face on the ticket, that can't be good for Trump.

I am conservative but with all due respect Trump was not better, he printed 3 trillion dollars, caused inflation, he re-distributed wealth from the poor to the rich, he failed to end Afghanistan war for 4 years, he messed up managing COVID, the only thing is fuel was cheaper but that was because of COVID nothing to do with Trump, people were stuck at home so oil price went down but that was just temporary of course. Today in 2024 we as a county produce more oil barrels then ever before in our countries history, more oil then we can use so we export about 1 billion barrels to the world. Why are fuel prices high? Becasue Fracking is expensive it costs more than just importing oil from the Saudi's it is what it is. you need like $55 per barrel just to break even and you need money to expand and grow, you need profit so easily $60 to $70. It is what it is....
