Putin killed him obviously, he was smiling and happy like you have not seen in 5 years after the downing of the plane it also happened during BRICS event as China was losing faith in Putin so he did it for Xi Jinping. It was really about China and Russia relationship and of course Putin ordered it. The problem is Putin made a lot of Wagner people very mad so I Putin himself could be next as retribution.
