  1. The expansion and growth VELOCITY is slowing down dramatically. This is the story. Even if China still has a few hundred million rural people who supposedly can urbanize the pace of that is greatly reduced, the velocity is falling. Also as usual economists ignore geo-politics and China will not be able to ensure food supply and ability to wage war if its entire population becomes urbanized so that supply of rural people is finite resource even more so then people think. In addition, Chinese people are leveraged on real estate which risks reduce wealth and consumption. Also, much like Japan, Chinese people live in apartments so there is a limit to consumption and the need of services. The Communist Party will not provide private homes due to risk of people in private homes being able to conspire and organize against the Communist Party itself.
