@johnh4132 Vegas has been the destination for 30 years so I don't see what your issue is? Vegas in the grand scheme of things has incredible amount of land to grow on as a major city. I would understand if you told me a place like Ely or Carson City or Lake Havasu is growing too fast and that is hurting the community but Vegas is by nature a fast growing city and has been for decades. Do I like it when people move out to small towns? No it disrupts the way of life but Vegas is no small rural own.

Not true, Inflation was 3.8% in 2008 , -0.36% in 2009, 1,64% in 2010 and back to 3.16% in 2011. Now look at today, 2019 was 1.8% and 2020 was 1.23% and 2021 is not done yet. It is important to look at inflation on a yearly level as month to month is full of short term changes.
