  1.  @lovly2cu725  What city would that be in? The mountains east of Sacramento you can buy a nice house on 5+ acres for as little as $300k maybe $400k but I assume prices could fall more, time will tell.

There are as many as 30 million illegals in the county from south America but they are hard working and strong Christians it's a disgrace we have not given them all full citizenship they deserve it working their asses off for low wage. They can then buy homes like normal people and help the country grow and finally add to the census data instead of living in the shadows.

Montana is a tricky state a lot of young people moved here to Seattle I know a few that actually took ownership of their family homes and are not selling them they just used them now as vacation homes but it is a bit odd. Perhaps they plan to return back to Montana after working X number of years and pocketing the cash then heading back to Montana to retire young in house they own outright.

  5. Why pay so much? If you are retired you can live anywhere and this is a big freaking country you can live in the mountains near Redding CA so freaking cheap on big acreage but city people tend to fear living up in the mountains if only they knew how awesome it is but to each their own.
