@Rizzo2185 I don't know I see homes still disappearing pretty fast in some areas or really nice homes they just go in hours or days if they are priced well but lots of overpriced junk, old nasty homes that are over priced are sitting also a lot of flipped homes are really nasty, just lipstick on a pig and buyers are more careful now so those are sitting. I was trying to help my friend buy a home in Snohomish area but like 90% of the homes are junk or over priced. It gets really nasty when you look at large pieces of land like 10 acres there is value in the trees and some sellers cut down their tress so pulled out like $100k value and then also ask for crazy high prices for nasty homes, really abusive people who squeeze out every penny of value and then dump the home. The idiots that buy these homes might end up in trouble if prices fall more than their down payment.

@Mercedes1995 So far he has been fucking right, he called Boise crash, flood of inventory and prices are now showing the changes. Its all just started, the sellers who have to sell are going to have no option but to lower prices once summer ends, August ends and no buyers. People with kids need to head back to school and the buyers will dry up even more. Sure, some companies are still working remote allowing people to move around but I personally know companies that are moving back in to offices and if that continues then the work at home might be rolling back but its hard to know what is really happening with that, companies are stuck with workers in remote places but if the companies have to dump man power and they choose to dump the remote workers it could turn in to a bloodbath out there but time will tell..... No one knows for sure.
