  1. He can do that by causing inflation, that forces the FED to hike rates which makes investors buy bonds/treasuries instead of homes. The #1 way to get investors out of the market is to give them a better place to park cash which is higher return on bonds. The downside is we suffer inflation in order to get there but that might happen anyway because of Tariffs if he really does put them in to action. So far its only words but that can change. We shall see.
