  1. What do you think of here in Seattle? The Seattle market was actually delayed in the 2008 crash, prices only really bottomed out in 2011 or even in to 2012 so overall much later than other areas. I guess we'll wait and see what happens but I personally see this is a correction like 2016 and not some crazy crash although prices are at all time highs once again like in 2007-8 so who knows. The one thing that shocks me is that for the job that I do in tech there are only 27 positions in Boise, some 41 in Spokane and 700 in the Seattle area but that includes all of the cities and you can't really commute from anywhere to anywhere it is just not realistic.
