  1. It will not be that extreme. The inflation is on fuel and food which are industries that take some time to ramp up after a down turn and COVID upturn was so quick they could not keep up, it is not surprising.

  2. I live in Seattle and it will be very hard to predict. There are many factors all at once, during COVID there were riots and people told to work from home long term so people left the city to the suburbs so prices did not go up much during COVID in the city but they exploded up in the suburbs. There is also a lack of new houses so who knows where prices will go?
