  1. The pattern is the same just different timing. For example in 2008 the housing crash happened and the USA reached the lowest prices in 2011 and then started to go up again in Netherlands the prices reached the lowest in 2013 and then started to go up so 2 years delay. Just a delay in timing due to many reasons but the situation is almost the same. Also inside the USA every city had different timing, some cities never went down in value, some went down in value very late like here in Seattle reached the cheapest prices in 2012 or so, about a year delay.

  2. 100% you were the ONLY one saying the marked was a bubble and just months later.... I think what ZIllow is doing is clearing the shelves for great buying opportunity in the future so they are emptying the store room to make room just like how products are discounted off after holiday season.
