Germany and the German people were just as much to blame as Hitler if not even more so. The racist world views and the desire for world conquest and the need to find someone to blame for bad economic times, was not started by Hitter but it was a large part of the German public. Hitler galvanized Germans and forced his way but the German public greeted Hitler with open arms and this is why the population of Germany was just as much to blame as Hitler himself. I also today blame the people people of Russia for the actions of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. I also blame the people of China for the actions of Xi Jinping. It's not just the individual but the entire nation has the responsibility for the action of the leader Democracy or no Democracy it makes no difference..
