  1. It does not work like that. Right now the American people are sitting on a record 20.8 trillion in liquid cash when before COVID it was around 15.5 Trillion so a TON of money is going around and that 2% rate first of all only impacts people who take out loans and second it is very low at 2% when you have so much money in peoples pockets.
