  1. Powell himself said that reducing hiring alone, and reducing open positions, is enough for the FED. He said it himself multiple times. The FED did not create unemployment in 2006 and 2007 when they played their cycle It was only the run away economy in 2008-2010 when US unemployment went crazy but there is no promise that is coming. Time will tell.
