  1. The flat earth thing is just counter culture or anti argument but throughout history almost no one though the earth was flat. The Church argued the earth was the center of the universe and not flat so a totally different argument and mostly just ideological not physical. It is really a total mistake to believe that in the past people though the earth was flat when it wasn't the case. It is especially bad in Hollywood movies that always play a scientific society gathering in Britain as being opposed to new ideas when in reality it was them who sent people off on dangerous missions some never returned alive form
