  1. What is the lagging delay on rate cuts? 1 year? So even if FED cuts rates today, right now, it is not going to play out for a good while. The FED is acting on inflation OK and so is on purpose setting aside the other side of the hump. They are climbing up a Tree without caring how they will get down but I can see why, just not great from the economic forward looking perspective.
