  1. Great video! It's always interesting to compare what different cities will get you for the same price point. For 250k you can find lots of houses in Spokane WA or Tri-Cities WA which are areas growing fast. Also Boise Idaho of course is growing like mad as well as Redding CA also a great future hot spot and really nice finds for 250k. Every time I go to Redding CA I meet the nicest people.
