  1. The UK has been negotiating deals with individual US states which could pave the way forward. So far the UK has agreement memorandum with 7 US states the most recent being WA in September and Florida in November but the next states will be a challenge there is NY, CA, TX so we will see how that plays out, it might only take 1 of the big 3 and the others would have more reason to take things seriously as the states compete in a way so one signing a deal may lead to the others. We will see.
