  1. No, Chinese Yuan is only a boost to the Dollar as they are linked. China is keeping the Yuan weaker and it has no other option. Sure, China could let the Yuan balance out but that would badly damage the Chinese economy as exports collapse. Everything in finance world has 2 sides, EVERYTHING. If Dollar is weaker then Chinese exports are weaker. Nothing happens without impact to the other side of the trade.

China cannot dump American debt because Chinese people only consume 7 trillion dollars per year of goods and Americans consume 17 trillioon dollars of goods so China needs to USA to buy their goods or else the economy of China will simply collapse. Most of China's manufacturing is EXPORTED it is a cultural issue, Chinese like Indians and Japanese consume much much less stuff than the west so they need exports. The US Dollar will dominate the world for the next 200 years. BRICS exports resources to China and India to make goods for the west, everything depends on the West buying goods and if you make the Dollar weaker you harm the entire system harming China, harming India, harming BRICS. The claims of Dollar being replaced is a just nonsense from Russia but the funny thing is that Russia also depends on the west, China and India are buying Russian oil to make goods for the west
