When you are so damned rich a personal retail therapy trip triggers hyperinflation (because you have a significant % of all printed money so the Fed prints more so others can have some, which backfires after the tidal wave of cash you've held back is released), causes a global recession, and makes the Federal Reserve reduce interest rates to 0% for the next 10 years as a result. Probably a multi-trillionaire could do it if they wanted to play an expensive practical joke on the world and had a sick sense of humor (likely, you have to be a psychopath to be CEO).

@ilarious5729 Yes, every Fortune 500 CEO is in fact a psychopath. It's a required trait, because if you are not then someone that is will do whatever is necessary, morals and ethics (and even the law if it can't be proven) be damned, and take the position in your place if all other skills are equal. Such is life at the top of the pyramid. Others have to be a ruthless psycho for the simple reason they are the ones that started the company and wouldn't stay in business long enough to be in the Fortune 500 if they weren't, the more money involved the more competitive it is.

@ilarious5729 I am the source. Pretty sure it's a safe bet that none of the 500 are going to make their mental health records public to compare, esp when investors are hanging on their every word and a single sentence can win or lose $100M in seconds, but it should be obvious that being a psycho is a required trait, at least if you want to stay CEO for long.
