  2. Eh as far as poisons dimethylmercury is my favorite. By the time symptoms of that show up months later it's far too late to do anything about it, the culprit is long gone and it only takes .1mL ( ~ 2 drops) on the target's skin to get the job done. My only complaint is it's low water solubility (1g/L) so won't do much large scale when dumped into a city's reservoir.

  4. 3:45 Meh I wouldn't worry about it. Unless there is no equivalent of the First Amendment in the Czech Republic. There's literally 100's of websites with step-by-step instructions found with a simple Google search, no Anarchist Cookbook necessary.
