  3. Now that most of the world has rejected the Russians oligarchs, many of them are investing in Turkey at least $250 000 to get the Turkish citizenship and the foreign minister is welcoming them. As you were saying, it's becoming more and more difficult to obtain a CBI for some even if they have money. And now, there are not so many countries left to turn to that really welcome foreigners. Canada has just banned foreigners from purchasing any real estate property in the entire country. There are supposedly not enough properties in the second largest country in the world and that's because of those 'mean foreigners' that buy everything ! That's what the government of canada maintains even though it's a myth. So, as a result, foreign buyers turn to more foreigners friendly countries and they are absolutely right !
