  1. Correct just like the 'supposedly friendly Canadians' ; as soon as you move in, they make your life, a living hell and they hate foreigners and nee comers. Most of them are jealous and xenophobic !

  2. True. Sad that Lisbon has become way out of reach for many people. True also that in apartments you can hear your neighbors so much and the average apartment is not insulated at all ; hence it gets so cold and so much energy wasted. I guess, you either have to go more inland now but it's harder to commute if you don't have a car.
