  2. It's ok as long as you can manage them and keep everything under control but there are always some immigration/political risks depending on where you are buying. I wouldn't buy anything on the Dominican Republic for instance where you get mugged as soon as you get out of your 'armed security building' or in Canada for instance where they hate foreigners, tax them twice as much as since 2023 ban them anyway. Also I would cross out all the middle east for obvious reasons...
