  2. 'THE EURO COLLAPES' ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??? IT'S ONE OF THE BEST CURRENCIES TO HAVE. 1 Euro = 1.475 Cad and 1.19 USD. WITH THE EURO, YOUR PURCHASING POWER GOES FAR. WHY WOULD IT COLLAPSE WITH MORE THAN 25 COUNTRIES WHO SHARE THE SAME CURRENCY. YOUR COMMENT REALLY DOESN'T MAKE SENSE AT ALL !

  3. You know why, right ? Because the locals can no longer find an affordable place to live in cities such as Lisbon, Algarve, Porto and anyway all the properties there are now overpriced. In Lisbon, all the properties are very old, not isolated ; definitely not worth the price you will pay for them. A lot of speculation going on too. I would recommend the Center of the country if you really want to invest in Portugal where you can find big houses but it rains a lot and you won't be near the ocean.
