Of course it's Lanterra develpements' interest to say that it will go nuts again, just wishful thinking... but no way. Certainty or not. He is just trying to convince people that there will still be an interest in the canadian real estate market when in fact, it's dead and there is no future, no profit to be made anymore with socialist canada and smarter people have already fled to better, friendlier and more interesting countries than that dump place

@naijarepublic3168 Yeah just wishful thinking trying to make people believe there is hope in the housing market in canada but we all know it's now officially dead. No showing, no offer, kind of depressing. Sellers forced to sell low so there is no future regardless of the way interest rates are going, Once people loose interest, it's not coming back any time soon, Many have already moved to better, friendlier countries with a better quality of life.
