  1. ​ @Jamming876 yes unfortunately for many many years the government of Canada only gave priority to students from India and that's not fair. Probably some hidden interests at stake or pure racism as simple as that ; otherwise I don't see how the government could justify this sad fact.

  2. So in a way it's good because only them were given the PR afterwards. Preferential treatment for them while the immigration department systematically rejected Europeans.
