Funny how canadians always continue to spread the myth that 'it doesn't matter how much the government taxes foreigners with rip off and discrimination taxes because they are supposedly 'so rich' that they don't care' and that canada is a 'safe heaven'. Oh sure, they close the borders for almost 2 years not caring at all how foreign homeowners could take care of their home from a distance ??? And then putting additional taxes on 'empty homes'. How mean !!! Think again, there are many other countries to invest beside Canada and many of those countries welcome foreigners contrary to Canada that rejects and despises them !!! So where is the 'safe heaven' anyway ? Nonsense !
