  3. Exactly ! They should have checked the demand for them before building them. If foreigners, who would potentially be interested in those, cannot easily come in the country then what's the point of owning them ? Only US buyers may be interested but there is an over supply of them and so many few buyers so it all goes down to 'demand and supply theory'
