  3. Definitely true. Sad but true. A lot of them are just getting down there to get drunk as much as they can and use and abuse the resorts, who then have to increase their prices because of all those bad apples, especially the Quebecois, they behave so badly. Why don't they stay in Canada ? After all, they don't want foreigners to buy in Canada, yet Canadians invade Playa del Carmen, Cancun and all the coastal areas. They are so hypocrites....
