Of course this cap will have a huge impact on the real estate market especially that there is already a ban on foreign buyers. You don't seem to realize that after this ban, the population won't increase that much anymore if any. So many people have already left the country, investirs are already out. So Canada will be left with poor refugees only. Many can't even qualify for a studio. Lol. All the factors are in place for the market to crash. High taxes, few new comers. Canada is doomed forever......
