  1. Prices are continuotheir decline if you look at the statistics. Very few properties are selling st asking. There are tons of condos in Toronto and the GTA that are piling up and no buyers. Only a few Canadians looking for low ball offers. The market is slowing crashing and now with the cap on international students, the ban of foreign buyers and the Canadians not qualifying. There's not much left on the market.

  2. Exactly and don't listen to realtors who are trying to make you believe the opposite. It's their job to make the most money possible but in the end, you are stuck with that falling knife and it hurts. I usually watch those dumb videos and do the exact opposite and that's what Hy I am doing well. Don't listyyo the YouTube influencers. That's what I have learned.
