  1. Have you seen that stupidly high building under construction in the middle of Moss Park approved for 40 stories and selling at $1700 per sqf and more ? It is such a dumb project blocking the view and the sun of all other buildings. I am sure many won't be able to o close or will just walk away. Why was it approved in the first place with decrease in immigration and ban on foreign buyers ? Some politicians just make the wrong decisions.
