  1. This xenophobic move is just an excuse to get some votes from the government's part. So easy to blame FB since they don't have a voice. The real speculators are Canadians and permanent residents owning 7 or more real estate properties, but hey, nobody talks about that because it's so much easier to create this unfounded myth that FB are at the source of price increases. The proof : within the last 2 years, here again, foreigners were not allowed to enter Canada and yet prices kept on going up and up.... so nothing to do with FB. Will you guys in the US retaliate and apply the same rule to Canadians since they own billions of dollars in the USA. but here again, nobody dares to talk about that, hen ? A bunch of hypocrites those canadians, espeically the politicians....
